Set Up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepares and cook dishes as per order by customers from menu list. Cook different kinds of menu every day to be served at the fast food counter. Cook and arrange menu for banquets and catering. Check food while cooking to stir or turn. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. Responsible in cutting and preparing all that needed in cooking. Make sure all goods are in proper temperature. Follow all sanitary guidelines in the preparation, cooking, storing, packaging and stacking of cooked and uncooked products. Can explain to customers when ask about menu being serve in case complain arises. Always make sure to check date of expiration of goods to be used. Check supplies needed for cooking. Use high pressured equipment in cooking. Make sure all tools are sanitized and clean in every time before use. Regulate temperature of oven, broilers, grills, and roaster. Cook using big woks and pots and cutlers. Follow all other rules in cooking. Do all other duties as Cook.
